Description: Orchestrates the daily production flow in the school kitchen. Prepares appealing and nutritious meals that meet the goals and objectives of the Food Service program. Monday - Friday, 6 hours per day for the school year. Qualifications: High School Diploma. Three years experience in food preparation and/or Associates degree in culinary arts or commercial food service operations preferred. Proficient with computer software applictions: word processing, spreadsheets and food service software programs preferrred.
