CCSC seeks a solutions-oriented individual that can thrive in an environment where working collaboratively with several different teams in addition to directly supporting students and families is commonplace in a typical workday. This is a 12-month position with time off during all school vacations as well as 3 weeks of additional vacation (over seven total weeks of vacation annually). In addition, the person will be required to fulfill other regular duties and commitments required of CCSC staff. The Technology Coordinator's responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Support technology use for faculty, staff and students Promptly respond to help desk requests and incoming emails while documenting resolutions for end users and the tech team Provide faculty, staff, and students with prompt and reasonable solutions for problems with computer hardware, software, printers, copiers and A/V equipment Ensure that technology assets such as Chromebook carts are organized and distributed optimally for student use Support teachers and occasionally directly supervise student computer use during class time and unstructured blocks Educate faculty and staff on best practices for technology use both individually and occasionally in group settings Support the Operations team in the execution of local and state computer-based assessments Support the Operations team with set up of school events Maintain hardware and software systems minimizing downtime and inaccurate account records Maintain accurate account records for Google Workspace and a variety of other systems On a daily basis, monitor the health of the school wireless network, printers, backup status, and server hardware and software Keep a detailed inventory of all technology assets Schedule warranty repair for damaged equipment Repair broken equipment and dispose of old/irreparable technology responsibly Deploy laptops and Chromebooks as needed Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience working in a school environment and/or with youth is preferred, but not required. Ability to collaborate closely with colleagues, work independently, and juggle daily tasks with projects that have short- and long-term deadlines Experience with MacOS, ChromeOS, Windows 10/11, preferred Compensation: $56,000 - $60,000 depending on experience How to Apply Send a cover letter and resume to Neal Landry at opsjobs@ccscambridge.org with the subject line "Technology Coordinator"
