Trump International Hotel and Tower New York, is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator with genuine Passion, Drive, and Enthusiasm to Never Settle.
ResponsibilitiesThe Sales & Marketing Coordinator role is responsible for servicing all groups, handling all sales and marketing tasks in the office, and supporting the property Sales Team. The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Answer phones and assist with inquiries
- Preparing proposals & contracts for groups and transient accounts
- Services all aspects of each group after the contract is signed
- Coordinate functions and events held at the hotel with direction from Sales Manager
- Provide information to telephone inquiries, assist with site visits
- Assist with VIP amenities and requests
- Complete all office supply orders for sales & executive office
- Assist with preparation of travel for Sales Team
Required Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Prior luxury hotel experience a plus
- Ability to take ownership of situations
- Ability to work closely with team members
- Tactful, courteous, and able to motivate others
- Creative problem solver
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to multi-task
- Outgoing, high energy
- Knowledge of general software programs
- Effective written and verbal communications skills
