TruPlace develops Interactive Floor Plans and Professional Photography for the hospitality industry worldwide and real estate sales in select U.
S. markets. Due to growth and expansion we are looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Development Specialist to help us expand and maintain our clientele.
The right candidate will have a desire for growth, the ability to think outside the box and work hard, and to have fun while doing so! The goal is to identify growth markets, provide our current clients with an exceptional service and value and qualify opportunities.

New Business Development
o Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased market share. (Local Markets)
o Research, nurture and develop new leads / prospects and move them through the sales cycle (Expansion Markets)
o Research and build relationships with new and existing clients.
Client Retention
o Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
o Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
oParticipate in providing education to our clients via webinars, lunch and learns, and the like.
Business Development Planning
o Attend industry functions, such as association events, trade shows and conferences.
o Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions.
oSchedule presentations both locally and for expansion markets
Coordination and Research
o Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system.
o Collaborate with other members of the sales and marketing teams to enhance our product / value
