Trust Home Care is Hiring a LPN Private Duty Nursing Near Waldorf, MD

Implements plan of care formulated by physician and Registered Nurse
Provides accurate and timely documentation consistent with plan of care.
Assesses and provides patient/client and family caregiver education and information pertinent to diagnosis and plan of care.
Maintains safe and healthy working environment and uses safe work methods and procedures in accordance with company clinical standards.
Participates in coordination of home health services with Registered Nurse and clinical management.
