Shift : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM

Experience :

• 12 months of role experience is required.
• 12 months of Physical Therapy experience is required.
• Experience with Casamba is required.

Requirements :

• Candidates must have a license prior to placement start.
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Candidates must live at least 60 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.
• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Weekends : On Request

Facility Setting : OP / Medsurg / ARU

Will float between Acute rehab and medsurg floor. Will be in weekend rotation for Saturday as well.

Scrub colors / dress code : Scrubs any color or business causal; closed toe shoes.

Parking Location : Will be shown in orientation
