Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

• 36 months of Case Management experience is required.

• Travel experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New Hampshire license or compact license in hand at the time of application.

• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Minimum 3 years current experience in a critical access hospital setting required. Critical access hospital experience must be noted plainly on profile or traveler will be redirected - a critical access hospital has 25 beds or less

BSN preferred.

MCG experience preferred
