Work Schedule Options:

• Full-Time: Three 12-hour shifts per week
• Shifts: Day OR Night shifts available (7:00 - 7:00)
• Rotating weekends

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at TrustPoint, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch healthcare services to our patients. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, contribute to treatment plans, administer medications, monitor patient progress, and deliver high-quality care.

Day in the life of a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN):

As an RN at TrustPoint, your day-to-day will consist of: interacting with patients and their families, treatment planning, completing shift reports, rounding/monitoring in the milieu, medication administration, checking in with BHAs, following up on incidents, completing nursing assessments and ensuring regulatory compliance, etc.

Population: Adolescents (10-17) and Adults (18 )

Qualifications

Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing.

• Must possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license as required by Tennessee or be eligible to practice nursing in accordance with state requirements
• One year of nursing experience; previous psychiatric, mental, behavioral, or substance abuse nursing experience a plus
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
