Trustpoint.One is pleased to be working with a growing national litigation firm with an opening for a legal assistant/office manager to perform a variety of support duties in its NYC location. Legal assistant/office manager responsibilities to include drafting and formatting various legal documents, communicating with clients, courts, and vendors, assisting the billing department, preparing expense reimbursements and processing invoices for payment, creating trial binders, sorting, opening and routing mail, coordinating mail pickups, maintaining attorneys’ calendars, scheduling, maintaining files, inputting attorney time, answering phones and routing calls and messages, assisting with document production projects, coordinating travel, ordering supplies and maintaining the physical space.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, 2 years of related litigation and office management experience, experience utilizing NetDocuments, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, strong organization skills and attention to detail and the ability to work at a computer screen for sustained periods of time.
Salary is $65K-$95K, commensurate with experience.
