Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with a collegial, nationally ranked law firm in its search for a Litigation Attorney (Associate - General Liability). This is a direct hire role out of the firm’s Blue Bell, PA offices. The position is open because of growth and business in the firm.

The successful Litigation Attorney will have:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience (7 years preferred) in general liability matters (premises liability, motor vehicle, class action litigation and insurance coverage required);
• JD from ABA-approved law school;
• Active Pennsylvania bar license (required), active New Jersey licensure (preferred);
• Outstanding writing skills;
• Self-starter who is an analytical and independent thinker;
• Excellent time management skill with ability to thrive in high-volume and fast-paced atmosphere;
• Ability to be onsite in the Firm’s Blue Bell, PA offices;
• All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.

Salary Range: Base starting at $120k, commensurate with experience; comprehensive benefits package; bonus program.
