Trustpoint.one is pleased to be working with a top litigation firm with an opening for an entry level litigation paralegal with litigation or legal experience to join their team. This job, based in Fort Lauderdale, will be hybrid after the training period.The entry level litigation paralegal responsibilities to include obtaining documents and managing files, preparing for trial, searching for and compiling evidence, corresponding with clients, opposing counsel, and courts, generating status reports, logs, and indexes and managing the court docket calendar.

Applicants must have a bachelor's degree or an associate's degree, a paralegal certificate and litigation or legal experience. All applicants must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.

Salary is $45K-$55K, commensurate with experience.
