TrustPoint.One has partnered with a boutique law firm in their search for a litigation paralegal in downtown Dallas, TX. The firm's practice areas include commercial litigation, real estate, bankruptcy, finance and corporate law. The firm provides legal and business counsel to a diverse client base on a local, regional, and national level.

Responsibilities of the Litigation Paralegal include:

• Communicating with clients
• Coordinating depositions and hearings
• Filing notices of deposition, hearing, and appearances
• Preparing document-production logs and deposition summaries
• Drafting litigation legal documentation, responses, and petitions
• Assisting with trial preparation
• Participating in other duties assigned as needed

Qualifications:

• A qualified litigation paralegal candidate will have the ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks with a high degree of attention to detail, and is someone who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Banking and finance litigation experience is a plus
• Holds a paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree degree
• Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation
• Posses strong business writing skills
• Effective interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and legal software
