The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice law and located in the State of California and meet the following requirements:

• At least two years of prior commercial or personal injury litigation experience.
• Experience assisting with or managing all phases of litigation, including propounding and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions and preparing for and attending hearings and mediation.
