Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to oversee our nursing department. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in compliance with all regulations and standards.

Duties:

- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Oversee nursing staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant laws
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans
- Review documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Monitor patient care metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Provide guidance on nursing administration, home health, hospice care, and assisted living

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree preferred
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Proven experience in nursing leadership roles
- Knowledge of medical terminology and care plans
- Familiarity with home care, assisted living, and hospice services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with doctors and healthcare professionals

Pay: $76,803.27 - $92,494.27 per year
