CERTIFIED MEDICATION AIDE
POSITION SUMMARY:
NOC Shift 10pm - 6am ...Responsible for providing direct resident care and supervision of residents needs per individualized service/care plan, monitors residents for change of condition and signs/symptoms of illness according to federal and state laws and regulations and according to the policies of the Community. Responsible to communicate and document resident changes or concerns to Health Services Director. Assist in supervision of resident assistants.

HEALTH SERVICES DIRECTOR/CHARGE NURSE

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
Completion of CNA program with current license. 18 – 24 months experience in a similar position, CPR/First Aid certified preferred, food handler, Delegation Core and Delegation Diabetes, and Safety and Orientation.
EDUCATION:
Twelve (12) plus years of education preferred. Attendance at mandatory in-service training. Maintain CPR/First Aid Certification. Meet in-service training hours required for job classification and position.
