Job Description

We are searching for an energetic operational support professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats to manage our busy branch office! If you are a reliable, well-organized person who can handle day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management, we want to talk to you!

Here is a glimpse of what you will do:

The person in this role will be responsible for sorting and assigning sales leads. Answering phones. Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages. Enter sales quotes into computer software. Review work orders, files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests. Communicate daily with Sales Staff. Manage and organize signed Work Agreements, Sales Takeoffs, and sales quotes and place and book orders as necessary.
