We are looking for multiple lead-level business process analysts in the Greater Seattle Area to help a client deliver a Complex Supply Chain Management System.

Must-Have:

1. 10 years of experience in information and technology.
2. 5 years of experience working with enterprise-level customers in the role of business process specialist or a business analyst (60% business, 40% technology)
3. Experience using lean methodology to drive process analysis and design efficiency
4. Proven Expertise in herding cats - Drive Process Development sessions, meetings and workshops as needed to document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes.
5. 2 years experience in data analysis. This includes extraction of data from Azure SQL and analyze trends, bottlenecks, and critical paths.
6. Develop summaries of change associated with project deliverables that can enable the change plans. Demonstrated experience in process monitoring and mining techniques to ensure that project outcomes are quantified and meet expectations
7. Proven experience in documenting, measuring, and improving business processes.
8. Review with stakeholders and identify improvement opportunities driven by data analysis.
9. Experience crafting Business Process diagrams using Visio, requirements documentation using Word, PowerPoint, and Visual Studio, creating mockup screens, and analyzing data using Excel or SQL server.
10. Excellent client/customer interfacing skills
11. Excellent oral and written communication skills
12. Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and bring structure to ambiguity
13. Ability to translate business requirements and priorities to technical and IT teams
14. Quick learner and self-starter who can function under minimum guidance
15. Bachelor's degree in business or computer science with 4 years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

Nice to have:

1. Perform business process mining using the Power Automate Process Mining tool or Celonis Process mining tool and document the variations, bottlenecks, and influencing factors.
2. MBA or equivalent
3. Experience in implementing ERP systems
