**Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clerical background and excellent organizational skills.

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence

- Assist with event planning and coordination

- Provide administrative support to various departments

- Manage office & surgery center supplies and inventory

- Assist with property managment tasks

- Support order entry processes

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in clerical or office management roles

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

- Proficiency in file management and record keeping

- Experience in customer support or front desk operations is a plus

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
