TSC is seeking a skilled Electronics Debug Technician to join our team in Huntsville, AL (Discovery) to oversee and perform electronics debugging activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting and resolving issues with electronic circuits, devices, and systems. This role involves leading a team of technicians, managing resources, and ensuring timely resolution of technical problems.

• Lead and manage a team of Electronics Debug Technicians.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electronic circuits, devices, and systems.
• Develop and implement effective debugging strategies and procedures.
• Collaborate with design engineers to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation and reports on debugging activities and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on debugging techniques and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate degree related to aerospace or electronics and 3-5 years of production and/or assembly experience; 8-10 years of related experience also acceptable in lieu of a degree
• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of electrical tools and equipment; crimpers, dies, multimeter, presses, connectors, contacts, wire gauges/types, soldering, etc.
• Ability to assembly, test, rework, repair according to IPC Standards
• Demonstrable experience testing and troubleshooting complex communications systems and providing formal problem reports.
• Demonstrable experience deploying, installing and configuring RF systems and hardware components.
