Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be proficient in various tasks such as light electrical, Light Painting, Small household repairs, and Light yard work.
Duties May Include:
- Repair/Replace Light fixtures.
- Replace Window Blinds
- Installing faucets
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces of residential properties
- Mowing lawn
- Small drywall repairs
- Trash removal
- Pest Spray
Join our team as a Handy Man and showcase your diverse skill set while contributing to the maintenance and improvement of our rental properties. We have several rental properties that require small to larger maintenance jobs on a regular basis.
Prospect must have reliable transportation. Weekends will be required for emergency calls. Prospect will need to be available after normal business hours for emergency calls.
Pay will be based on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
