Summary:
Testing / QA Manager will manage all testing governance for the US FRTB Program (SA-CVA, BA-CVA), providing support for dry run production testing. Ensures safe and timely delivery of all technology systems in preparation for production release.
Responsibilities:

• UAT Testing Manager - Runs testing calls between Technology, Risk, and Finance testing teams to facilitate issue remediation.
• Works to plan new testing cycles to ensure smooth delivery of requirements and traceability.
• Ongoing Management reporting for JIRA metrics.
• Test Planning.
• Test Strategy.
• JIRA Management.
• Defect Prioritization.
• Testing Oversight.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 7 years' experience. Must be an energetic self-starter/able to drive initiative with minimal direction.
• Project management experience in major/complex institutions ( Tier 1 banks or Top 4 consulting firms).
• Ability to put together reporting and high quality presentations for Senior Management.
• Knowledge of JIRA and experience with issue management and resolution; ability to create reporting out of JIRA for senior management reporting purposes.
• Strong team player.
• FO test / CVA experience.

Pay: $106-$137 per hour.
