Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Windsor, CT with flexibility for some remote work. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing installation, maintenance, and repair of Tsugami machine tools at customer sites. This includes troubleshooting and resolving mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, as well as providing training on machine operation and maintenance to customers. You will also collaborate with the technical support team to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.
Qualifications
- Mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair skills
- Experience in the maintenance and installation of machine tools
- Knowledge of CNC programming and operation
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing customer needs
- Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred
