During a Typical Day, You'll

• Provide client support and technical troubleshooting via e-mail, phone and multiple ticketing systems
• Provide technical support for the information technologies deployed, systems integration of desktops, printers, as well as supporting work from home agents.
• Configure software and re-image workstations
• Maintain accurate records of onsite IT equipment including inventory for both client and company issued devices.
• Identify and correct or advise on operational issues with client computer systems.

What You Bring to the Role

• A minimum of 2 years IT technical support experience.
• Associate degree / post-secondary education in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Server Operating System technologies and Windows Desktop Operating Systems.
• Some experience working with Citrix or other remote VDA platforms.
• General knowledge of networking and wiring closets MDF / IDF rooms.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Active Directory
• Ability to problem solve while meeting SLA deadlines.

The anticipated range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $24.04 / hr. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and / or skill levels.
