SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER

Location: Doral, FL

Type: Perm

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Salary: $90K per year

DESCRIPTION:

Join us as a Senior Program Manager, leading the development and performance of existing and new supplier partnerships in the aircraft parts marketplace. Collaborate with the Director of Programs and various departments to analyze partner effectiveness, sales growth opportunities, and customer satisfaction. Led and guided team members to ensure successful implementation and sustained growth of current and new partnerships. This role may involve significant international and domestic travel.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Provide leadership for Vendor Management strategies and execution across partners and prospective partners.
  • Lead a regional or global team, managing negotiation and operational performance oversight of third-party vendor relationships.
  • Manage contracts with partners, ensuring compliance with all commitments and deliverables.
  • Measure performance, set benchmarks, and derive insights from continuous improvement.
  • Provide analytical and valuable insights for decision-making support on key projects and management.
  • Work closely with various business functions to identify sales and program growth opportunities.
  • Drive significant year-over-year revenue growth while sustaining supplier quality and performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain policies and procedures for effective and compliant partner management on behalf of our clients.
  • Identify key stakeholders within an organization and foster relationships with them.
  • Collaborate with internal and external senior leaders across different functions to ensure that the programs deliver on its objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the members of the Global Programs team.
  • Manage partner reviews ensure a strong suite of KPI’s and create a reporting dashboard for the senior leadership team.
  • Leverage Marketing and CRM teams to develop supplier and customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree; MBA a plus.
  • Strong Aviation Background.
  • Proven experience managing a team in a global environment, including a record of innovation and success in bringing about change in business processes.
  • Solid Contract Management Background.
  • Experience of managing businesses through significant change.
  • Broad-based business knowledge and experience in forging strategic relationships externally.
