As a full time Production Associate on 1st shift, you would work Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:30 pm.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate drilling machines
Complete necessary training and certifications
Maintain continued operation of machines
Utilize proper handling methods
Follow material review board process
Recognize quality issues
Follow applicable processes
Comply with individual machine procedures
Facilitate access to equipment by maintenance personnel
Practice good housekeeping
Wear required personal protective equipment

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

Ability to operate a computer
Ability to speak and understand English to the ability needed to complete the job
Ability to lift up to 40lbs

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous manufacturing experience preferred
