One of our national healthcare clients is looking for a Director of Human Resources.

*MUST HAVE experience working with healthcare labor union(s) within an acute care environment(s).*

Job Duties:

• Direct programs relative to employer/employee relationships including selection, training, promotion, etc.
• Analyzes, classifies and evaluates jobs and interviews job applicants
• Administers employee welfare and recreation services
• Serves as an adviser to executive staff in personnel implications of policies, programs, and proposed organization changes
• Familiar with the operations of a healthcare organization across mulitple departments including techniques and best practices

Required Skills:

• Experience working with labor union(s) in an acute care environment
• 2 years of related HR leadership experience
• Knowledge of ERISA guidelines, as well as state and federal wage laws
• Knowledge of state and federal wage and hour required
• HFAP standards and Joint Commission (preferred)
• Bachelors degree
