Job Description(Temporary) 3 to 6 month Assignment.
Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will assist and facilitate our business operations, quality control efforts, and efforts in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs) from the US federal and defense sectors. This role requires exceptional reading, writing, and analytical skills to effectively read and review government regulations and statutes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review RFPs, RFQs, and related government documents to identify RFQ and RFP relevant information based on specific instructions.
  • Support the business development team providing highly accurate and timely distribution of RFP and RFQ information.
  • Support the development of proposal documents.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating databases of past and current government contracts and proposals.
  • Support business development team in preparing basic documentation.
  • Effectively administering schedules and meetings; this includes proactively anticipating conflicts, optimizing time management, and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Exact planning and execution of schedules that align with organizational priorities and stakeholder availability demands a high level of precision.
  • Manage and organize a high volume of documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Follow specific pre-established procedures to track and monitor action items across the organization, ensuring timely initiation, progress, and closure.
  • Manage a detailed action register, capturing critical tasks derived from meetings and organizational directives.
  • Assist with the collection and organization of business development files based on strict standards.
  • Collaborate with staff to assist with the maintenance of operational and quality management documentation.
Education:Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
Required Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, with strong capabilities in document formatting, editing, and management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional reading comprehension skills, with the ability to process and synthesize large amounts of information quickly and accurately.
  • Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for understanding complex legal and regulatory documents.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable Skills:
  • Familiarity with other editing tools (e.g. Adobe Suite, Microsoft Publisher)
  • Exposure to government procurement process and key regulations affecting federal contracting (e.g., FAR, DFARS).
