Job Description:

• Conduct user research across various stages of the user lifecycle, collaborating with the operations team and other business departments to address their research needs.
• Design and execute tailored research plans. Independently manage communication and analysis of requirements, research method design, data analysis, and conclusions, delivering valuable insights.Identify key pain points and business opportunities proactively, and plan specific research topics accordingly. Research areas include, but are not limited to: user profiling, pain point identification, user experience research, user growth research, and competitive analysis.
• Continuously refine research approaches and execution plans, developing research methodologies and execution systems.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant user research experience.
• Expertise in qualitative research (e.g., in-depth interviews, focus groups), quantitative research (e.g., surveys, SQL), and competitive industry analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with a user-centric perspective, adept at uncovering key information, user pain points, and business opportunities from surface-level data. Comprehensive, structured, and methodical problem-solving approach.
• Strong sense of ownership, excellent communication and collaboration skills, positive attitude, responsibility, and accountability.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, with strong spoken Mandarin skills.
