Business Facilities Admin

Location : Hercules, CA (On-Site)

Duration : 4-month assignment (Potential to extend)

Pay Rate : $34 / hr.

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM

On behalf of our client a medical device company, we are are seeking for an Admin Associate, that will support in managing and optimizing the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to ensure efficient maintenance operations and facility management.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the CMMS system is updated with any new alerts.
• Review weekly PM / CAL work orders and coordinate scheduling with the maintenance team.
• Review and update documentation related to the CMMS.
• Conduct periodic audits of CMMS usage for the company.
• Monitor capital requisition status, purchase orders, vendor deliveries, and invoicing.
• Analyze parts / assets data for CMMS improvements.
• Update the CMMS with current information on equipment onboarding and decommissioning.
• Audit CMMS spare parts inventory and share results.
• Track and assist in the budgeting of R&M and Capital expenditures.
• Manage the 5S program to ensure an organized work environment.

Requirements and Education :

• Associate degree in business administration, facilities management, or IT preferred.
• Prior CMMS experience and understanding of cGMP.
• Proficiency in data analysis, training, budgeting, and forecasting.
