The Instructional Data & Intervention Specialist is committed toimproving staff assessment skills as well as data analysis and data collection skills to ensure that students meetstate and district academic standards.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSArizona Teaching Certification in elementary or secondary education.Arizona IVP Fingerprint clearance cardThree (3) years teaching experienceKnowledge of classroom assessment models and rubric formation and usesOne (1) year experience providing instructional data analysis.Understands the antecedents of school reformKnowledge of research on best practices, specific models to improve student achievement, and whole schoolreformExperience working with diverse student populations.Experience with Word Processing/Database/Spreadsheet programsPREFERRED REQUIREMENTSMaster’s Degree in Education or a related field

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIREProof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunizationCOMMENTS

LOCATION: Rincon High School - 5th St & Swan Area

FTE : 1.0 - 8 hours per day

Work Calendar: 9.5 month

Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.

Probationary Contracts will be issued for any contingent Certifications, Positions that are 0.6 FTE or less, and certified employees within their first three years with the District.
