This is a 12 month position located on site at Catalina High School campus in the TUVA building

SUMMARY: 

Maintains student records and performs attendance accounting functions for a TUSD school.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Speak, read and write in English.

Computer skills (Microsoft office)

Three years of Experience in General Office procedures OR Attendance accounting procedures.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE

FBI fingerprint background check required.

Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.

Effective: 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR Location: Tucson Unified Virtual Academy/C.O.L.E. – on the Catalina HS Campus – Pima & Dodge Area

Classification: White Collar 

FTE: 1.0 FTE / 8 hours per day Work Calendar: 12 month

Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.
