What you will be doing: Trade management/SMART/Forge/Blacksmith/High Radius– works with sales to gather deal sheets, enter and maintain promotions, obtain proper performance back up in order to resolve deductions in High Radius. Serves as primary contact for service center. Pricing Verification – Manage and maintain customer pricing and internal price pages as needed. Research and resolve customer pricing errors. PO Reconciliation /Deal Verification. This will include entering confirmation pricing in main frame for various customers each half. Sample inventory – Communicate with production and coordinate delivery of all samples for customers as well as internal needs. New customer setup – Work with parent company credit department to ensure customer meets all criteria to obtain credit terms and a customer number. Assist with Broker contracts and payments as requested by Sales Support Supervisor Assist sales team with sales reports and customer requests such as new item forms, product information and pricing requests. Manage sales supplies, POS, and Trade Show inventory, along with managing and fulfilling requests from sales and marketing. Working knowledge of international logistics networks & regulatory export guidelines Experience with Third Party Logistics providers preferred – in international markets Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Other duties as assigned. What you will bring to the team: High school diploma or equivalent, one to three years’ experience in customer service administrative duties or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Some experience in import/export documents desired. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, proportions and Metric System to practical situations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Being proactive and problem solver is a must. Detail oriented is essential. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of most commonly used business systems and software applications in addition to Windows Office including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, Calendar, basic internet navigation skills and how these systems relate to business processes.
