Tuesday Health launched in 2023 to deliver compassionate, supportive care for patients and caregivers navigating serious illness.

We believe that each patient's journey is unique. As such, we deliver member-directed, whole-person care to seriously ill patients in our program, using leading edge supportive care models, including appropriate transitions to hospice when the time is right.

Tuesday Health is hiring a Provider Engagement Specialist. As a Provider Engagement Specialist, you will develop relationships with Providers (PCPs, specialists, hospitals, nursing facilities, etc.

in markets where Tuesday Health is contracted to deliver services. In this role, the Provider Engagement Specialist will work closely with leadership to develop and maintain relationships with providers to engage members in Tuesday Health services.

Core Responsibilities :

• Utilize outreach strategies to develop and maintain relationships with high priority providers in the market.
• Prioritize outreach efforts balancing daily outreach tasks as well as overall account management.
• Owns and manages relationship and performance of assigned provider groups.
• Serves as primary point of contact for assigned providers, ensuring that feedback and concerns are communicated back to the Tuesday Health team.
• Completes provider orientation for all applicable product lines to educate, resolve issues, and educate staff / providers.
• Works closely with Tuesday Health’s providers, pulling them in when discussions are clinically focused.
• Plans, prepares, and executes effective provider group meetings / discussion with proper objectives and expected outcomes,
• Performs special projects as assigned.

What Are We Looking For

• 3 years of healthcare experience, with specific experience in engaging with providers and nursing facilities
• Bachelor’s degree
• Entrepreneurial and self-starter
• Experience working within a CRM
• Comfortable reviewing data and reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Able to identify a problem, develop, plan, and execute to resolution, and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience building and delivering presentations, preferably in front of providers
• Comfortable with project management techniques and able to develop a project plan that includes collaborating with market leadership and supporting teams
• Comfortable working as a member of team in high paced startup environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with sales focused skillset
• Ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time
• Ability to be strategic as well as tactical
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
