Tulsa Cardiovascular Center of Excellence is a private Interventional Cardiology practice located in South Tulsa, Oklahoma. We specialize in Cardiology, Cardiovascular Disease, Peripheral Interventions, and Venous Disease. We are a proud Amputation Prevention Center.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Nursing at Tulsa Cardiovascular Center of Excellence. The Director of Nursing will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of nursing care, including nursing management, infection control, medicine, long-term care, and patient safety of the ASC. The Director of Nursing will also be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing nursing care plans, as well as supervising and training nursing staff.
Qualifications
- Nursing Management and Long-term Care skills
- Strong nursing skills and knowledge
- Leadership and communication abilities
- Monitor CDC, AORN/OSHA/DOSH and ANA policy changes and update ASC practice to reflect current recommendations.
- Able to work as a staff nurse in all peri-operative areas.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ensures environmental safety and quality care.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred
- Valid nursing license to practice in Oklahoma
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in a management or supervisory role
- Knowledge of cardiovascular diseases and interventions is a plus
- Certification in nursing administration or similar is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $61,454.00 - $91,453.00 per year
