Job Summary
Coordinate departmental engagement and communication efforts. Collect and interpret data to gauge the effectiveness of programming, communications, and retention efforts as well as facilitate retention focused projects and events. Essential Duties
Support the ongoing operations of TCC's robust, integrated, student-focused academic advising office, focusing on the onboarding, retention and completion of students. Coordinate programs, services, events, and outreach activities associated with academic advising and retention to create an intentional and robust student experience. Develop and manage the deployment of communication plans for the department; including but not limited to: emails, text messaging, usage of the chatbot, and other internal communications strategies. Collaborate with IRR&A and data management colleagues to conceptualize the need for and develop reports on student data to support the goals of retention and student engagement. Collaborate with academic and non-academic departments in the college to facilitate the engagement and retention goals of the institution. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3 years of related work experience. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and public-speaking abilities. Strong technical capabilities. Valid driver's license. Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Education, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience with educational technology systems and reporting. Project management & event planning experience.
