Tulsa Housing Authority is Hiring a SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER Near Tulsa, OK
DescriptionJoin a team that's creating a better Tulsa!Senior Property Manager$50,816 - $57,400/Annually Benefits $1,000 sign-on bonusSummaryManage and maintain operations of 251 or more units for the Tulsa Housing Authority (THA) properties to ensure the assets of the authority are safe guarded and that profitability is maximized. The Senior Property Manager is also responsible to ensure the long-term viability of the properties following the Asset Management approach of making sure that the sites remain fiscally sound. Supervise all staff and activities at the sites in a way that ensures the properties remains fiscally sound.

Requirements
- Associate degree, or at least 60 college credits, or four years related experience. Property management experience is strongly preferred.
- Professional Housing Manager (PHM) certificate or Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) highly preferred. Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience or certification is preferred. PHM must be obtained within one year of employment, or its equivalent.
- Must have a valid Oklahoma driver's license.
