Tulsa Legacy Charter School is Hiring a SY25 - Director of Campus Operations Near Tulsa, OK
The Director of Campus Operations is a critical part of the Tulsa Legacy Charter School Leadership team, reporting to and collaborating with the Director of Operations. The District Operations Manager will ensure efficient and effective systems across all areas of the organization while remaining aligned with our mission, vision, core values, and education program. The Director of Campus Operations will ensure the implementation and maintenance of clear operational systems that allow the principals and teachers to focus almost entirely on students and families. The Director of Campus Operations will be an individual who embraces innovation and continuous improvement. He/she is willing to get his/her hands dirty and is committed to finding ways to work smarter and cost-efficiently. The Director of Campus Operations role is an administrative position for a 12-month period. .
Must have a Bachelor's Degree
Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership, Business Management and at least 2 years of experience in Operations strongly preferred
Thorough knowledge of varied data platforms, SIS systems, and systems creation, such as PowerSchool, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Oklahoma State Department Reporting Platforms.
Thorough knowledge of data analysis and processing techniques
Experience interpreting data and implementing processes based on trends
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, students, administration, and parents/guardians.
