Full Job Description : Administrative Assistant III Homeless Education

Salary Grade : Hourly H-

Position Summary : Under the general guidance of the Director of Student Engagement : Work in a team environment to support all TPS programs educating homeless students, supporting the Homeless Education Coordinator in program implementation.

Assists with research projects as required. Communicates on a positive basis with patrons and school personnel and students.

Aids with processes like student enrollment or transfer requests, transportation reports for homeless students, and other homeless student needs.

Minimum Qualifications :

Education :

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Associates degree in business preferred

Experience :

• Front facing customer service experience preferred
• Two (2) years of previous administrative or clerical experience desired but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
