Position Summary: L eads, oversees, and supervises the daily functions of the Talent Specialists. Manages the daily functions of personnel transactions, data entry into the district's human resource information system and the provision of services to employees.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
•A bachelor's degree from an accredited college in education, human resources
management, business, management, organizational behavior, or a closely related field
•Significant Supervisory and Human Resources experience in lieu of education will be
considered
Experience:
•Knowledge of human resources, legal or employment processes and procedures in
educational settings
•Experience handling employee relations issues
Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, Etc.:
•Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and human resource information
systems
•Prefer experience with Fountain, Munis, and PowerSchool
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
•Bilingual in Spanish preferred
