- Oversee the interviewing, hiring, orientation & training of all back of house employees
- Complete opening & closing paperwork
- Receive & submit invoices
- Ensure company policies & procedures are followed
- Communicate effectively with all staff
- Monitor payroll, create reports & submit payroll
- Audit safe & cash drawers
- Assist in ensuring Tumbleweed food, service, sanitation & safety standards are met
- Calculate, prepare and drop off bank deposits
- Interact with guests through table touches and deal with guest complaints
- Set & maintain Tumbleweed uniform standards
- Maintaining cleanliness of all back of house areas
- Meet and exceed company budget
- Monitor food cost, waste & counts
- Develop BOH employees
- Order and keep product at par levels
- Performs other duties as assigned
