We are a growing lawn treatment company seeking a Lawn Treatment Applicator to join our team. We do not mow grass or do landscaping.

Responsibilities:

• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, and other lawn care products safely and effectively to ensure optimal lawn health.
• Operate and maintain equipment, including spreaders, sprayers, and other lawn care tools and equipment.
• Perform routine repairs and maintenance on equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service, including answering customer questions, diagnosing problems and addressing concerns.
• Keep accurate records of lawn care services performed and products applied.
• Communicate with team members and management to ensure that all customer needs are met.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience professionally applying lawn fertilizer and weed control products.
• Knowledge of lawn care products, equipment, and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy objects over 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to properly operate a ride-on spreader sprayer machine is a plus.
• Work hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. May be required to work later when necessary.
