SUPERVISION

• Supervision of all employees in the restaurant and the kitchen
• Provide performance appraisals
• Hiring of staff
• Oversee training, development and discipline of staff
• Oversee opening and closing the restaurant
• Other duties as assigned

 MAINTAIN PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT

• Cleanliness of the restaurant and kitchen
• Professional appearance and attitude of the staff
• Quality, freshness and appearance of the food
• Responsible for the security of the restaurant (i.e., money, inventory)
• Other duties as assigned

 PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

•  Order food and alcohol
• Research new products to offer
• Analyze selling records of menu items
• Other duties as assigned

 REPORTS

•  Inventory products
• Budget
• Profits/loss statements
• Employee payroll
• Read daily banquet event orders and hotel occupancy
• Other duties as assigned

 COMMUNICATION SKILLS

• Interact effectively with various Directors, Managers and Supervisors
• Written and oral communications skills

 OPENING

• Open and unlock doors to Restaurant and Clubhouse area
• Check mailroom for incoming paper mail
• Open servers and bartenders in computer
• Enter in computer specials and prices
• Perform employee reads and manifests
• Shift manifest drops

 CLOSING

• Check all server, bartender and bus person side work
• Manifest all servers, bartenders and bus persons
• Check kitchen for cleanliness
• Turn off all electrical equipment
• Lock beer coolers, liquor room, kitchen doors and exterior doors
• Compile drop

 CLEANING

• Maintain clean and sterile environment
• Follow state health and safety rules

MEMBERSHIP RELATIONS AND ACTIVITIES

•  Focus on Membership Satisfaction for dining and overall club experience
• Execute daily operations expected in a ‘club’ environment
• Create Daily, weekly, monthly specials and events to entertain and draw membership base
• Identify Membership expectations and build rapport

Education and Work Experience:

• 3 years Restaurant Management experience
• Supervisory experience required
