Essential Functions

• Provides strategic direction for IT in coordination with the IT Director.
• With the IT Director, plans, directs, coordinates and reviews the work of assigned team members; assigns work activities, projects and programs; reviews and evaluates work products, methods and procedures; ensures guest service; meets with team members to identify and resolve problems.
• Responsible for ensuring property data and security are not compromised.
• Maintains data integrity and documentation for all computer networks and personnel computers through proper backup, recovery and information security policies, procedures and practices.
• Creates and ensures processes and procedures are in place and executed to meet SOX, PCI and Regulatory compliance controls.
• Performs related duties and responsibilities as required.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelors of Science from an accredited university in an IT related field preferred (e.g. MIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, etc.) or equivalent work experience.

• Preferred 1-2 years’ experience in an IT management capacity.
• Experience understanding of gaming system software applications. Aristocrat Oasis gaming application experience a plus.
• Experience in general Windows & SQL Server functionality, operations and security.
• Experience understanding of the major business processes within Gaming.

Licenses/Certificates

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be able to obtain KHRC License.
