AR/Billing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented AR/Billing Specialist to join a growing construction firm in Sterling. In this role, you will manage all aspects of project billing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms. The ideal candidate will have an associate's degree, high-volume AR/billing experience, and intermediate Excel skills.

Responsibilities:

• Billing Management: Prepare, review, and process invoices for construction projects, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
• Contract Analysis: Analyze project contracts to understand billing terms, milestones, and compliance requirements.
• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies professionally.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive billing records and support documentation for audits and reporting.
• Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to align billing schedules with project progress and deliverables.
• Reporting: Generate regular billing reports and assist in financial forecasting and analysis.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of high-volume AR/billing experience
• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Proficiency in any ERP systems and Intermediate Excel
