Title: Accounting Analyst

Location: Tysons Corner, VA (hybrid)

Schedule: 40 hours per week

Compensation: $60,000-70,000 per year

Our client, a growing real estate investment trust, is looking to add an Entry Level Accounting Analyst to their growing accounting department. This position sits in the client's Tysons Corner, VA office on a hybrid schedule. Successful incumbent will have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from an accredited four-year university and 6 months of accounting experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accounts payable and receivable
• Analyze expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis
• Assist with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances
• Month-end close assistance

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance from an accredited university (required)
• 3 months of accounting experience or an internship held in accounting (required)
