Duration: 6 Months Location: PA-Philadelphia, Hybrid 3-4 days on site Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As an Application Development Analyst, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives. Responsibilities: Work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions These solutions must be aligned with business and IT strategies and comply with the organization's architectural standards Involved in the full systems life cycle and is responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining and supporting application software that is delivered on time and within budget Make recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code Participation in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring, product evaluation and buy versus build recommendations Qualifications: Experience in systems analysis, design, and a solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field or equivalent work experience 6 - 9 years of programming/systems analysis experience Advanced knowledge of Automation Tools and Frameworks Cypress: Proficiency in using Cypress for end-to-end testing, writing tests, and leveraging its powerful debugging and reporting features Cucumber: Expertise in behavior-driven development (BDD) using Cucumber, including writing feature files, step definitions, and integrating with JavaScript frameworks Strong knowledge of JavaScript Git: Strong understanding of Git for version control, including branching, merging, pull requests, and conflict resolution Test Execution and Reporting: Experience in executing test cases and generating detailed test reports Ability to work effectively in a team environment, including collaborating with developers, QA, and DevOps teams The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $160,000 or the hourly equivalent.
