Position Summary
The Project Accountant is a staff position that is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of all job cost accounting aspects of a development project. This requires coordination with the Project Development Team and will include budget variance analysis, contract and change order maintenance, and draw preparation. In addition, the project accountant will perform other accounting duties as required.
