TURN Community Services is currently hiring for a full-time or part-time Human Services Aide - Personal Care Attendant. This entry-level position with our nonprofit earns a competitive wage of $16.50/hour, plus a $600 sign-on bonus. DAY-TO-DAYAs an entry-level Human Services Aide - Personal Care Attendant, you support people with developmental disabilities to live their best lives as independently as possible. With enthusiasm, you assist with self-care, hygiene, motor skills, vocational skills, work habits, and community inclusion. You're flexible and always willing to help with behavior management and recreational activities as well. It's an absolute blast getting to know our clients! Using effective mentoring techniques, you support our clients with their day-to-day schedules. You always model appropriate social skills and behaviors. If there are ever concerns about health or safety, you're quick to report them.
