Turner Dairy is once again excited to add more talent to our team. Turner Dairy Farms, a family-owned company is looking for a career minded individual to fill a full-time Sales Merchandiser position. The Sales Merchandiser will be responsible for merchandising, setting and cleaning cold vaults within large and small volume accounts. The sales merchandiser will drive to customer locations, Monday through Friday working 40 hours (on occasion more than 40 hours) that may vary between the hours of 7am to 5pm.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving to multiple accounts daily with a company vehicle or one’s personal vehicle and following a schematic to set, merchandise and clean retail cold vaults in convenient stores and grocery stores.
• Adhere to all corporate safety procedures, company policies, merchandising and brand standards.
• Assess products and remove any damaged, dirty or out of code products from cold vault.
• Ensure all point-of-sale products are current, clean and presented in a premium manner.
• Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers.
• Occasionally drive emergency orders to customers.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Strong work ethic, responsive, enthusiastic, highly motivated, competitive and self-driven
• Ability to manage time efficiently with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
• Team player

Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk; use hands; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl and talk or listen. The employee is frequently required to stand. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
