The Senior Change Manager primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change

hierarchy to succeed; for example, facilitating change-related meetings. This role will establish transformation
success measures and monitor progress, tracking and reporting trends and risks. To be effective, it is
essential for this role to strongly influence the client sponsors with best practices to drive, lead, and sustain
successful change.

The Change Management PgM will use program management skills to help the team manage communications
of programs, projects, schedules, training material and deliverables and provide active support to other
members of the PMO team with a variety of programs and process improvements. This role will support
Project Managers in integrating change management activities into their project plans.
Additional responsibilities include developing and managing the PMO presentation messaging and content,
intranet website, chatline, office hours and working with cross-functional teams to ensure fresh and accurate
content is posted on all relevant PMO platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication and Training:
● Develop and execute communication plans to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent messaging
throughout the change process.
● Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to
adapt to new processes and tools.
● Utilize a variety of communication channels, including meetings, presentations, emails, intranet, and
media, to reach diverse audiences.

Change Implementation and Reinforcement:
● Lead change management activities, including impact assessments, readiness assessments, and
stakeholder analysis.
● Monitor the progress of change initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to ensure successful
adoption.
● Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of change management efforts and track
progress over time.

Continuous Improvement:
● Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in change management processes and practices.
● Collect feedback from stakeholders and use it to refine and enhance change management strategies.
● Stay current with industry trends and best practices in change management and apply them to the
organization.
